Graffiti Busters is coming to Carrum and Patterson Lakes so that we can keep or suburbs graffiti free. We do not want these vandals defacing our suburb. it’s up to us to prevent this by forming a Community group to remove graffiti from private property and chase council to remove it quickly from Council assets
